My most ardent embroidery fan chose the vibrant threads and stood on the chair to supervise this one. Twm loves my embroidery machines and we enjoy sewing together. As it was not finished until his bedtime he wanted to go to bed in it. Oh the joy of being young and wanting to go to bed in ones new shoes etc. The design is from Urban Threads but I have altered it a bit.

lol- I had to laugh, as I remember as a child going to bed in my new red slippers! Oh they were just beautiful! I couldn't take them off!- I love his choice of threads and his shirt (your work).

Love the T-shirt, great job. It is so rewarding when you see a Child's face after you make something they want or picked out. Thank you for the memories of when my youngest son was little. I couldn't take him to the fabric store, he be picking out fabric to make him sweat suits or Pj's. Now he is having me make him black napkins and pot holders for his new place. Thanks for sharing your memories. At least your son still wants you to sew for him. I was going to say I haven't taken him to a fabric shop but I have. I have just finished another UT design and he wants it on a tshirt too. What a pair we will be. Happy stitching too
