Well my dear friends and sisters. My Babylock went to Dr yesterday and from there on to factory to be refurbished. Guess I've just worked it too hard. Will miss it but will fill my days with sewing on reg machine(got to work on the pillowcase dresses that go in the boxes for the orphanage) also crocheting for some Christmas Gifts. You know how you miss your machine when it's not there. I only have the one embroidery machine, but several very old sewing machines and an old Serger so I will be busy but that still doesn't keep me from missing the Babylock. LOL It's a family member. Meanwhile keep us in your prayers. Ron can only take a few steps now to transfer to bed or recliner from the W.C.. We've been down this road before and he got better so hoping this will get better again. I will not be able to keep him home if he cannot help with his transferring and that would be unbearable./Lillian

Well, I hope your baby gets the very best Doctors and a loving and caring nurse like you to take care of her until she can come home and go back to embroidering.
I'm sorry to hear about Ron. He and you are in my prayers that he can again gain some strength. I'm sure you know all of the tricks and ways to revitalize him so that he can be up and kicking again.

Dear Lillian,

I do pray that Ron will be able to recuperate. Your nursing him will help along the way I'm sure.

Sorry to read about your sewing machine too, mine has been in for a service and I wanted a few new things. I got an email telling me it was ready (I was in there Wednesday too just checking on how long it would be!!!!!!) so I'll have to go in some time this week. Love Chris

Dear Lillian, I know you are facing struggles with Ron's health. I hope you don't ever have to face putting him somewhere besides home. May be like before and he will improve, let's pray ..... I also realize that you are no 'spring chicken' to be lifting on him, so if that time should come, don't feel guilty. Sometimes we are forced to do what is best for them, even though it breaks our heart. You could try handling him and may let him fall, or worse, hurt him and yourself......as far as your sewing, I am sure your dresses will be darling, even without embroidery and you are doing them for charity . That will make you feel good. ..I sincerely hope things get better for you and Ron. Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers-Toogie

Well Toogie, that's why I'm in a back brace now. I picked Ron up one two many times and herniated L3 & 4 and they are pinching nerves now. I just pray he can at least bear enough wait again to take 3 or 4 steps so he can go from W.C. to bed or to commode. He has no use of his left hand, little use of left arm and is also losing strength in his right arm. He has no use of left leg and now right is getting weak Thank you for your prayers and for caring/Lillian

Thank goodness you have other machines to fill the gap. I hope your Babylock will be refurbished quickly and you can continue stitching. I will add my prayers for Ron for another recovery.
