Want to show how easy it is to make potholders. i use 100% cotton. and a circleknit. (don´t know the right word) Well you knit round and the crochet the two layers together. So easy. And you get rid of your leftowers yarn.

Bought a wooden tray. Painted with lightgrey spraycolour. Used white glue to fix the fabric to the tray. When dried covered with one layer of plasticgel (and you have to use a plastic card to make a thin cover of the gel )and now had to dry for one hour
