I have never been much of a baker but I have found during lockdown that I rather like it. Had a few failures with cakes but some weeks ago I tried my hand at ciabatta making. It had been quite some trial and error but yesterday I baked the best so far.

Yea Cuties !!!! For a $27 part from Amazon I now have a working oven! The part came in today and my husband and I installed it. He wanted to call our son but I told him if he would tell me what to do I’d install it as DH can’t get up and down well
