I would like to share another problem I have had. All my fault but now I know. When winding a bobbin I sometimes have a tail on the beginning of the reel. If I have not cut this back to the edge of the bobbin it can cause problems when I have used the thr

My Diamond embroidery arm refused to calibrate so I couldn't attach the hoop for embroidery at the end of Dec.The dealer was shut till Jan 9th ,rang them up 1hr after they opened 8 machines had been brought in & the owner would be back next week
