This afternoon I was sent this photo taken from above our town. In the foreground was one of the most badly burnt areas called Knysna Heights. I have drawn a little circle where we live. We were so lucky that the terrible wind decided not to blow our way.

Downpour rain here tonight. It went from full daylight to dark like night in 4-5 minutes and has now rained at least 2 inches in about 15 minutes! Any daylilies that hadn't gotten the "bloom now" message are now preparing to bloom! So happy. I love
