Hello worthy, this message is appearing due to the security certificate for Cute Embroidery not being current and therefore cannot be verified. Consequently the files are viewed as insecure and the security settings of your browser will not let them download. If using Google Chrome, when you ask for the download, go to the 3 dots in the right-hand corner, select Downloads, then in the new list you should see the current download, click in the top right-hand corner and select download insecure file. I am not sure what to do in other browsers but there should be similar steps. I lost a few designs due to this also and now I note the voting has changed dramatically and the files I have been chasing are no longer available. I fail to see how the voting can change so much...

This is the message I get when I try to download a design. (we could not verify the certificate: reason = expired) I was able to download yesterday. I signed out and resigned in and still same thing. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you, worthy
