I get athis message, "Can't read this version." I use PES and I have sill Version 3

Thank you ... maybe you're right. The format I use is the PES. As I can get that WILCOM to convert my designs ... it is free?

There are several versions of the pes format. Maybe this version is incompatible with your machine or software. I have to convert some pes formats with Wilcom before I can use them with my software.

I also I have the same problem, but with the difference that I buy, and I can not copy to my embroidery machine. Someone can help me if they had the same problem, or are designs that say you can download in different formats and in fact are not available in these formats, since the format I use is the PES.

For some reason i cannot load this design.Is anyone else having a problem.I get the message that it is " not a true pes design or it is corrupt" I really like this design and would love to have it. Anyone got any suggestions to help me get it Patt H
