Says Bad Gateway on all that I punched

I cann't download this letter Z. "502 BAD GATEWAY"

There is a problem with the downloading the design. Unable to download and format.

Bad gateway. Typical Like their rescue password and signing up for an account problem, it'll probably never get fixed. Been trying to rescue password to their sister sites and sign up for 2 years. Everyone else on free designs group complains about the same thing, but they do nothing.
