I have also been trying all day to download the Y and have not been successful.. Is there a problem and are we going to be able to download it another day for free. I love these alphabets and look forward to downloading them. Thanks in advance

I have been trying for two days to download any of the free designs but no luck! All 3 of their sister sites also. I keep on going back and checking but nothing. I hope they make good and repost the two days worth of designs that no one is able to get. Donna

website not working - not getting letters - please fix it. Miss the designs!

website hasn't worked for the past 2 days. Missing x & y - will they be offered again??? Please - need them for an embroidery I'm doing!

right click and save as only gave me a picture not embroidery

Wasn't able to get x or y, could you let me know why and how I would be able to get them to complete the set.

I found a way to save the file. Right click on the file you are wanting and scroll down to where it says save link as. It worked for me. Hope this helps.

Please be patient. Occasionally, the site must have updates and other important work done to it. At times the DNS must be updated. It causes issues like no pictures and broken links. It will all be fixed usually within 72 hours.

I'm getting a tad upset about this! I just paid for a 6 mo membership and so far, haven't been able to use it. Is(are) the owner of the site aware of the problem?
