I have a Janome memory craft serger. When I try to sew, I get a message that says to change to needle plate A. But needle plate A is already on there! I have remove and replaced it, cleaned machine, re-threaded, all nothing. What should I do now? Thanks i

I am curious about the gift bags at Country Needle done in the hoop..anyone know if they are totally done in the hoop of if there is additional sewing required once out of the hoop?

Dec 21 Update on my husband. He came through the surgery good. He is in ICU now. They said he would probably be up walking tomorrow. He will be in the hospital for several more days. Thank you all for your prayers. I am so glad that this is over.
