I had never seen one of these before. Using a brick for a door stop. Now that is a lot better then a shoe under the door.So of course I had to make one. First I covered the brick with batting, then wrapped it like a present with the embroidered fabric

My Car seat Towels. I took the photo's before I rewashed them so the hoop mark is no longer there. I have the plastic clip thing that goes under the head rest and you pull the ends of the towel into it and it protects your seat with the towel.
