Have just received a phone call from Bernina. MY MACHINE IS READY FOR COLLECTION...... We are going to collect it tomorrow. I have been told that it has all been repaired under the guarantee. I am sooooo happy and still doing the happy dance.

Received a call yesterday to tell me that the part for my machine arrived in S.A. yesterday. It will be sent by courier to my machine in the Cape. Perhaps there is light at the end of the tunnel.
