Caftan top with Urban Threads "delicate neckline" design. The fabric is polyester crepe, quite heavy so it drapes well. I started with a rectangle folded into 4 and pressed to mark the position of the neckline. I added a V-shape to the design to attach

Hanging storage for hoops. At the moment I separate hooks for my hoops, but I wanted to reduce the number of holes in the wall. I also wanted to try out the Urban Threads "sewing sleeve" designs (which I have placed horizontally rather than vertically.)

Knitting for a change. I found 4 cones of very thin yarn (a variety of fibres) in my machine knitting stash. I wound them together and came up with this. The cable and lace panels make it look much more difficult than it was!

Chambray top with cross-stitch poppies. I could just get the neck edging and the poppies to fit in my 200mm square hoop. I added the facing in the hoop as well. Hope you like it! Sue

Patchwork covered notebook - or needlebook. The second picture shows the whole cover and the third is to try to show how the inside works. This one has paper pages but could just as easily be fabric.

This needlebook is made ITH and the "pages" are stitched to card which slots into the cover. The cover design could be replaced with an initial or other small decoration and the pages made of paper to make a cute notebook. You will notice that I need

I thought it was time I practiced what I was preaching so I used some of the Autumn Leaves designs from this site to make a holder for plastic bags. I used the design in the link twice with one mirrored and put just the leaves from another one of the set
