Tonight's sunset sky was like they teach in art class - yellow. I've never seen this! The cold front was rolling in really fast, so light grey clouds that were darkest navy at the base. Then in and out among the clouds were pencil thin peach streaks.

7/13/2013 Anybody near the Zanesville, Ohio Art Museum, they have a quilt exhibition through August 3, 2013. The quilt featured in the lobby is an awesome all machine embroidered and stitched batik quilt. Beautiful shading of the batiks, too.

Just returned from a digitizing seminar by Steve Wilson of Anita Goodesign in Charlotte, NC that was AWESOME. My head is still on overload. Thought I might want to try digitizing, but this was the whole deal. Overwhelming and wonderful. About 120 attend
