Embroidered two towels for my friend as presents to her two sons. For their wives I did the cranes you saw earlier. The file was made from the example in picture two. She was delighted. The Latin saying translates as: Wise (is he) who acts wisely.

Had to do two towels for a friend as gifts for her DILs, 'something with a crane'. Looked at a number of pictures and then draw and digitised my version of it. Tried out a crane on a wash cloth, then made the towels. I am quite pleased with the result.

I was asked to add something nice to the Christmas present for the over 75s in our church. I said I had made FSL bookmarks in the past. Showed one and then they told me they needed 36, but as I was one of the over 75s 35 would suffice. Delivered them

Finally stitched out my froggy bean bag. Pictures are taken using a cheap and an expensive camera, gave quite different colours. The truth is about half way. This fits a 200x360 mm hoop - roughly some 8"x 14". Digitising it was easy; fitting the

Recycle, reuse. Two T-shirt with tiny holes remade in children's T's, size 98 (body height in cm). And as I could not avoid the spotty parts I used some appliqués, both mine, to hide those.

Vivaldi - summer After the (success of the) spring guest towel I was asked to do the summer as well. Here it is. The towel is a mix of bamboo and cotton, it feels ever so soft.
