Does anyone have any tips for me for digitising for the Janome macro hoop? If I select that as the hoop in Embird Studio, the finished product always "exceeds embroidery area". I've only had any success by saving the two parts of the design separately

Applique on card. I digitised this design to stitch on card and wondered if it would work as an applique. I'm quite pleased with the result although I think his eye needs a bit of marker pen! PS I went for the marker pen in the end.
